Journal “Herald of Ryazan State Agrotechnological University Named after P.A. Kostychev” registered by the Federal Service of Supervision in the Sphere of Communications and Mass Media in November 2008.
The Journal birthday is May 14, 2009, the date of the first journal number publication.
The founder and publisher is FSBEI HPE “Ryazan State Agrotechnological University Named after P.A. Kostychev”.
The publication of the science-and-production journal was associated with the 60th anniversary of the University.
The University administration has adopted in the statute of “Herald RSATU” the order of forming, financing, and requirements to the materials to be published. They have got the editorial staff, editorial body, readers’ council amongst famous scientists.
May 25, 2012 the Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation Ministry of Education and Science has counted the journal in the List of Russian reviewed scientific journals (Conclusion # 22/94) where one should publish basic research results of the dissertation in candidacy for the degrees of Candidate and Doctor of Science.
In November 2009 the journal has got the International number in the International Center in Paris – ISSN 2077-2084. We have organized subscription for population with the help of catalogue “Press of Russia”. The Web-site and e-mail let us get opinion and comments about the journal and communicate with authors of articles.
Now the journal has become the factor of the scientific community consolidation, the most perspective science and practice directions promotion, activated young scientists and students participation in this work.
